Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order prior to shipping. Of course we will get your order processed as soon as possible but depending on the time of year, amount of orders, and day of the week the order is placed, processing times will vary.

The cost of shipping is determined by the package weight and shipping speed. Please be sure that the address is correct prior to confirming purchase. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect postal address or deemed undeliverable due to a wrong or incomplete address.
Pre-Orders
If you are ordering an item listed as "pre-order", your entire order, including items that are in-stock, will ship on the date specified in the pre-order listing. If you would like to receive your non-pre-order items prior to the date specified on the pre-order product listing, please place separate orders.

All of the products sold on this website are handmade by Sunshine Showers Bath & Body. Since these products are handmade, there may be some variation in size and color. All products are unique and one of a kind so we try our best to endure continuity in our re-stock items. All purchases made are final sales. There are no refunds or exchanges for purchases with the exception of extenuating circumstances. We have to rely upon descriptive language and so we do our best to describe the look, feel, and smell of our products so that you can determine if you would like to purchase.
